Kusal Silva

Kusal Silva is a dedicated human resources professional with experience in various roles, currently serving as Junior Executive Human Resources at Dipped Products PLC since May 2023. Prior to this, Kusal held the position of HR and Administration Officer at Econopack Industries Pvt Ltd for a brief period, and served as Assistant Human Resources and Legal at Ceylon Newspapers (Pvt) Ltd from October 2021 to January 2023. Kusal's journey in human resources began as an Internship Trainee at Dipped Products PLC from December 2020 to June 2021. Education includes a degree from NSBM Green University, completed between 2019 and 2023, and earlier studies at Mahanama College Colombo from 2005 to 2018, supplemented by coursework from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
