Pushpika Janadheera

Pushpika Janadheera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Dipped Products PLC since August 2017, Pushpika has previously held the roles of Deputy Managing Director and Director of Operations at the same company. Prior to this, Pushpika was the Director of Manufacturing at Associated Motorways (Private) Limited, overseeing the entire manufacturing functions at the AMW Factory from March 2011 to July 2017. Pushpika's career began at Richard Pieris Tyre Company Ltd., where the roles included Director, Head of Operations and Finance, and Manager of Finance and MIS from June 2005 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, ACMA from CIMA, FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and a BSc in Accountancy from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
