Jordan Trigg

Jordan Trigg has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jordan started as the President of Dipsomania, Inc. in 2008. In 2012, they co-founded The Beerwalk and also became the proprietor of Boiler Maker. Jordan opened Jack's Bar & Lounge in 2007 and later became the proprietor of 7 Bamboo Lounge in 2014. In 2013, they opened Spread, a deli that offers sandwiches and craft beers, which is now located inside Jtown Pizza where they are also the proprietor. Lastly, they were the proprietor of 20twenty cheese bar from 2014 to 2020.

Jordan Trigg attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2002 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
