Ariel Livne

Ariel Livne has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and research. Ariel started their career at the Weizmann Institute of Science as a Postdoc researcher, where they worked on biophysical research of cellular response to cyclic stretch. After completing their Postdoc, Ariel worked as a Researcher at the institute, focusing on the same area of study. During their time at the institute, they contributed to a significant publication.

In 2017, Ariel ventured into entrepreneurship and co-founded FLUICS, where they served as the CTO. At FLUICS, they developed an automated liquid handling platform that aimed to replace manual pipetting. Ariel designed a compact and stand-alone device with intuitive software control to mimic the advantages of manual pipettes.

Alongside FLUICS, Ariel also founded Diagnoz.me in 2017. In this role, they developed a home diagnostics kit, which performed fluorescence-based tests in a quick, compact, and cost-effective manner. The kit was designed to fluorescently label objects of interest in liquids.

Ariel's most recent position was as the CTO and Co-Founder of Diptera.ai, starting in 2019. At Diptera.ai, Ariel continued their work in the biotechnology space, leading the development of innovative solutions.

Throughout their work experience, Ariel has demonstrated expertise in biophysics, research, and technology development.
