Carles Ruiz Novella

Carles Ruiz Novella is a board member at Diputació de Barcelona. Carles has also served as diputado presidente del área de cultura and was responsible for culture until 2007. Carles has also been a member of the Agencia Catalana de Turismo. Before their current position, they served as teniente de alcalde de planificación territorial y promoción de la ciudad at Ayuntamiento de Viladecans where they helped to implement the Eixample21, Ponent21, and Marina21 programs.
