Núria Marín Martínez

Núria Marín Martínez is the President of the Diputació de Barcelona since 2019. She is the Member of the Barcelona Provincial Council since 2011. On April 19, 2008, she was appointed mayor of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and was re-elected to the municipal elections of 2011, 2015 and 2019. She was Councilor at L'Hospitalet City Council from 1995 to 2008. From 1995 to 1999 she was in charge of the Finance Department and the Collblanc-la Torrassa Department. In 1999 she was appointed first deputy mayor and assumed responsibility for the Department of Economy and Finance. Since 2007 she has been the first deputy mayor and head of the Planning, Coordination and Economy Area. Previously, she had served in the Socialist Youth of Catalonia.
