José Francisco Martínez Raya

José Francisco Martínez Raya currently serves as a Political Advisor to a parliamentary group at the Tarragona Provincial Council, where responsibilities include managing agendas, preparing political briefings, and supporting public representatives. Martínez Raya is also a Founder Partner and CEO at Schengen Auto, focusing on the import and export of automobiles. Previous experience includes a role as a Parliamentary Assistant to the Vice-Chair of the INGE Committee at the European Parliament, along with advisory positions in political communication for candidates in the Spanish General Elections.
