Mikael Yabandeh has a comprehensive work experience in various companies and roles. Mikael is currently the Global Head of Customer Solutions at Dirac, where they oversee and conducts processes and deliveries on a global scale. Mikael'sresponsibilities include creating management reports, allocating resources, and assessing new work assignments to enhance customer projects and support.

Prior to joining Dirac, Mikael worked at Scania Sverige as a Project Manager and Release Manager. Mikael also served as the Calibration Manager Office Nürnberg at Scania Deutschland, where they facilitated the collaboration between Scania and MAN and aimed to improve their relationship for long-term goals.

In addition, Mikael has co-founded a company called STHLM Factory, where they nurtured customer relationships and liaised with suppliers. Mikael also gained experience as a Project Manager at Sigma Industry, managing time plans for testing and software development, specifically at Scania.

Mikael's previous roles include working as a Project Manager at FVUab, where they focused on testing new technical solutions in the energy industry. Mikael started their career at Scania as a Development Engineer, responsible for system requirements and feature development. Mikael also completed their master's thesis in the field of engine management systems.

Before their career in engineering, Mikael worked as a Sales/Technical Assistant at CellTech Energy Systems AB, designing battery packs based on customer specifications. Mikael also served as Personal Assistant at Swedavia AB.

Throughout their diverse work experience, Mikael has demonstrated their expertise in project management, customer relations, and technical solutions.

Mikael Yabandeh obtained a Gymnasieexamen in Natural Sciences and mathematics from Celsiusskolan, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Mikael then attended Uppsala University from 2006 to 2013, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Science, Technology and Society. In terms of additional certifications, Mikael obtained a TEFL certification in February 2009 and a Communication Foundations certificate from LinkedIn in March 2021.
