VP Consumer & E-commerce at Dirac

Rikard Hellerfelt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rikard started their career as a Master thesis student at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Linköpings Universitet in 2004. After that, they worked as a Salesman in Domestic Sales at SJ until 2005. In the same year, they also worked as a Translator and Interviewer at Skill.

From 2005 to 2007, Rikard served as a Web Traffic Consultant at Melbourne IT, where they provided services such as Search Engine Optimization and Web Traffic Analysis. Currently, Rikard is the VP Consumer & E-commerce at Dirac, where they head the consumer fronting point-of-sale (POS) of the Dirac Live product. Their role involves managing channels, such as the Dirac Online Store and Dirac Live apps, and driving growth through an omni-channel business approach involving staff, clients, and end-users worldwide.

Rikard Hellerfelt's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Holavedskolan, where they earned their secondary school degree in Natural Sciences in 1998.
