Jesus David Cifuentes Pardo

Jesus David Cifuentes Pardo, Ph.D., is a highly qualified professional in the field of quantum engineering, currently serving as a Quantum Engineer at Diraq since May 2022. Previously, Jesus held various research positions, including Postdoctoral Researcher and Scientific Researcher at the Centre for Quantum Computation and Communication Technology from September 2019 to April 2025, and Research Assistant at Universidade de São Paulo from February 2017 to May 2019. Educationally, Jesus is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology at UNSW, expected to complete in 2024, and holds a Master's degree in Condensed Matter Physics and Materials from USP, along with dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Physics from Universidad de Los Andes.
