Donna Hester

Donna Hester is a seasoned financial systems professional with extensive experience in IT and accounting. Currently, Donna serves as the Senior Manager of Financial Systems and Oracle Integration Project Manager at Direct ChassisLink Inc. since May 2023. Previously, from April 2014 to June 2023, Donna held the roles of Global IT Business Process Manager and IT Finance Manager at Lendlease, where responsibilities included designing and managing an effective IT Showback model for global IT spending. Earlier positions included serving as a Senior Business Analyst, leading the Oracle ERP implementation team for KBR Building Group, and as Business Process Principal, overseeing the Oracle EBS solution implementation. Donna began a career in accounting management at KBR Building Group, ensuring the effective management of the accounting department and supporting audit processes.
