Marcus Allen began their work experience as a Customer Service Advocate at usa 800 in 2006. Marcus then became a Customer Service Trainer at the same company before transitioning to roles at LocalLaunch!. At LocalLaunch!, Marcus served as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Customer Service Manager. In 2008, they joined J S Paluch as a Product Support Representative. From 2011 to 2018, Marcus worked at SAP Fieldglass, where they held various roles, including Help Desk Specialist, Application Specialist, Application Analyst, and QA Analyst. Marcus Allen attended Devry University in 2005, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Marcus did not obtain a degree during their time there. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, Marcus attended The University of Southern Mississippi, focusing on Computer Science. Alongside their formal education, Marcus obtained a certification in "Cypress: Web Automation Testing from Zero to Hero" from Udemy in March 2023.
