Inga Spath

Manager, Customer Support Team at Direct Commerce

Inga Spath has extensive work experience in various IT roles and customer support. Inga began their career in 1994 as a Business Process Analyst at GENERICS INTERNATIONAL in Germany. In 1995, they joined HP as an IT Technical Support Analyst and progressed through various positions including IT Project Management, IT Program Management, and IT Support Planning and Strategy within the company's PMO. From 2011 to 2017, Inga worked as the Team Lead IT Audit Program Management in HP's Compliance and Risk Program Management Office, where they managed IT audit governance programs and provided support for IT regulatory compliance and controls. In 2017, they joined Direct Commerce as the Manager of the Customer Support Team.

Inga Spath pursued their education at the Academy of Computer Science (ADV) in Germany from 1991 to 1994. Inga obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science during this period. Additionally, Inga Spath has acquired additional certifications, namely Scrum Foundations from Scrum Alliance in August 2022 and Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in October 2014.
