Hannah Ferns has extensive experience in the insurance and claims sector, currently serving as Claims Fraud Manager at Direct Commercial Limited since August 2018, after progressing from the role of Senior Claims Adjuster. Prior to this, Hannah worked as a Paralegal at Horwich Farrelly from September 2015 to August 2018 and gained foundational experience as a Claims Handler at ERS from October 2012 to October 2015.
