Peter G Houlihan has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership and management roles. Peter is currently an IT Director at Direct Commercial Limited, where they oversee the IT function and provides business-critical IT support to over 175 users. Prior to this, they served as an IT Manager at Direct Commercial Limited and Unions NSW, where they were responsible for all aspects of business technology and IT management. Peter also has experience as a Senior Regional Site Operations Engineer / Team Lead at Gallagher and as a Senior Technical Specialist / Operations Lead at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Peter has a strong background in project management and infrastructure, having worked as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Corrective Services NSW and as a Systems Administrator at Corrective Services NSW. Peter Houlihan has a career break in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and has held roles as a Project Support Engineer in both the Attorney Generals NSW and the Premiers Department NSW.

Peter G Houlihan attended Senior College Dublin and obtained a degree in Business & Finance in 1999. In addition to their academic background, Peter has also obtained several certifications, including PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, Accredited Compaq Technician from Compaq Computer Corporation (acquired by Hewlett-Packard) in 2005, and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in 2005.
