Rich Gomberg

Rich Gomberg has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Rich is currently serving as the CFO at Direct Communication Solutions since November 2016.

Prior to that, they worked as a CFO Consultant at CFO Connect, LLC from May 2009. Additionally, they served as the CFO at NantKwest (f/k/a Conkwest), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company, from January 2010 to November 2015, where they raised over $220 million through an IPO.

Before joining NantKwest, Rich served as the Vice President and CFO at iVOW, Inc. from February 2006 to November 2007. Rich also held the position of Director, Corporate Services at PRACS Institute, Ltd. from June 2004 to September 2005.

Earlier in their career, Rich held the positions of Vice President, CFO at DermTech International and EPIC Solutions, Inc. from 2002 to 2004, and 1995 to 2002 respectively.

Rich also worked as the Manager, Finance at St. Bernard Software from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they served as the Manager, Accounting and Accounting Systems at Ventura Software, Inc. from 1990 to 1994.
