Scott Gilly

Scott Gilly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting, entrepreneurship, and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio/Ops Recruiting at CPI since 2019, Scott has also held leadership roles such as Founder and CEO of Pivot Management Partners and DirectDep, LLC. In addition, Scott founded Cedar Hill Ventures and was General Counsel and Head of Business Development at Zya, which was acquired by Google. As a former Founder and Managing Partner at Thompson Wigdor & Gilly LLP, and an Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Scott possesses a strong legal background. Scott earned an A.B. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and a J.D. in Labor and Industrial Relations, Employment Law from Catholic University School of Law.
