Brian Hathorn

Brian Hathorn is an experienced graphic and production designer with a robust background in IT support and database management. Currently serving as a Graphic / Production Designer at Direct Edge Media since April 2016, Brian adeptly troubleshoots and updates hardware and software while managing database archive procedures. Previously, as an IT Support Specialist at Tier One Technology Solutions from December 2022 to December 2023, responsibilities included administering user accounts within Microsoft Azure Active Directory and utilizing the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for licensing and group management. From October 2009 to April 2016, Brian worked as the Lead Graphic Designer at FASTSIGNS®, providing IT tech support and managing daily operations in the absence of the business owner. Brian holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Houston.
