Thomas McLaughlin has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Principal at Direct Expansion Solutions since May 2007. Previously, Thomas held various roles at Lennox International from 1996 to 2007. Additionally, Thomas is a Partner at HTS Engineering - Heat Transfer Solutions and serves on the Board of Directors as well. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Sam Houston State University.
