Prior to this role, James worked at 4-12 Electronics from 1991 to 1999 as a Shipper/Receiver. James completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at The University of Winnipeg after attending Red River College Polytechnic.
