David Scott

David joined TechLink in 2019 and is working from Dayton, Ohio, to help identify and support promising new ventures, entrepreneurs, startups, and technology companies that license DoD technologies.

He is an experienced C-level executive and attorney, with Fortune 500 defense contractor experience and Global Law 100 top 50 law firm experience.

David has a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in Missouri and Kentucky. In addition to his work, David mentors at multiple startup accelerators, including the Ocean Accelerator, the world’s first faith-based startup accelerator focused on the intersection of faith and entrepreneurship.
