Richard has over 30 years of operations and H.R. management and leadership experience in various industries, including technology, service, and construction supply. He joined the company in 2010, focusing on safety, sourcing, and labor relations. In 2016 Richard assumed the operational oversight of the Facebook account, where the team has realized substantial financial growth and increased opportunities. He is dedicated to continuous improvement and the consistency of quality and on-time deliverables. He is currently focused on the company’s ability to scale to meet its customer’s needs. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Manager from the University of San Francisco.
