Andrea Walker

Andrea Walker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Talent Partner at Direct Line Group since January 2014, Walker collaborates with senior leadership teams to support change initiatives and implement the People Strategy. Prior to this role, Walker held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Grontmij, where responsibilities included developing and executing the People Strategy within a civil engineering and environmental consultancy. Additional experience includes acting as an HR Advisor at Gardner Aerospace Group and HR Manager at Connections Plus, focusing on generalist HR services, recruitment, and policy development. Walker holds an HND in Business & Finance from University College Salford and a PGDip in Personnel & Development from MOL.
