Isabella Ginnett is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer insights and research. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Insights at Direct Line Group since July 2014, Isabella previously held the position of Strategic Analyst with the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Research Manager at TNS from October 2007 to July 2014, and a brief tenure as Customer Experience Research Manager at EE in 2011. Isabella obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Leeds between 2004 and 2007 and is currently pursuing a Data Fellowship Apprenticeship at Multiverse with a focus on Data Modeling and Database Administration, expected to conclude in May 2024.
