Jo Harris

Jo Harris has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Claims Transformation Business Programme Manager at Direct Line Group since March 2009. Harris has held various pivotal roles within the company, including Claims Response Performance Lead, Claims Transformation Product Manager, Head of Claims Planning, and Claims Insight Planning Manager. Prior to Direct Line Group, Harris worked briefly as a Commercial Insurance Renewal Handler at Quinn Direct Insurance and gained valuable experience at RBS as Claims Real Time Team Leader and through participation in the RBS Insurance Graduate scheme. Harris holds a BBA Hons in Business Management with Spanish from Lancaster University, completed between 2001 and 2005.
