Victoria Gowers is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supplier management. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager at Direct Line Group since January 2016, Victoria specializes in IT, BPO, professional services, travel, consultancy, reinsurance, HR, and financial services categories. Previously, Victoria held various roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, including Indirect Sourcing Specialist and Flexible Working Manager, managing significant contract spend and leading initiatives for organizational culture change.
