Vicky Wallis

Vicky Wallis is an accomplished Chief People Officer at Direct Line Group since April 2020, with extensive experience in leading organizations through transformation and change. Previous positions include HR Director at Santander UK, where Vicky managed the people agenda for over 20,000 employees, and significant roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, overseeing various HR functions, including the Capital Resolution Group and the Non-Core Division. Vicky's background includes consulting roles at EDF Trading, Lloyds Pharmacy, and Vodafone, as well as foundational HR experience with RBS. Vicky holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Henley Business School, a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Design and Change from Heriot-Watt University, and is CIPD Qualified in Human Resource Management.
