Allen Robertson, CCNA,MCSE

Allen Robertson has over 30 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Allen started their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Petty Officer Third Class, responsible for maintaining communications systems. After leaving the Navy, they joined P&H Telecom where they held various roles, including Technician and VP Operations/General Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the installation and support of telecommunications solutions and managed vendor contracts. Allen then worked at tw telecom, inc. as a Central Office Engineer and Network Technician II, where they built and engineered metro networks using Cisco equipment. Allen later joined Level 3 Communications as an Operations Manager, managing city infrastructure, network design, and technical staff. Following this, Allen worked at Equinox 5 as an Operations Manager, where they designed procedures for the Network Operations Center and Installation department. Most recently, they have been working at Covenant Technology LLC as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and managing large-scale customers across multiple states. Allen is also a certified CCNA and MCSE.

Allen Robertson completed their high school education at Christian County High School from 1984 to 1988. Allen did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. However, Allen went on to earn multiple certifications in the field of information technology. In August 2000, they obtained the MCSE certification from Microsoft. Additionally, in May 2000, they obtained the Comptia A+ certification from CompTIA. Their most recent certification was the CCNA, which they obtained from Cisco in December 2015.
