Dyquan Harris

Dyquan Harris has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Dyquan began their career in 2013 at IES Communications as a Communications Technician, where they led a team and focused on EPMS projects and tasks. In 2016, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Hardware Technician, where they were responsible for rack/stacking hardware, cabling devices, and configuring devices. After a year, Dyquan was promoted to 2nd Shift Hardware Team Lead, where they led a team of technicians, coordinated with customers, and handled administrative tasks. In 2018, they transitioned to Perspecta as a Hardware Consultant II/Project Coordinator, managing the hardware team, handling customer interactions, and overseeing multiple projects. Currently, Dyquan works at Direct Line Global as an Assistant Project Manager and Foreman, managing a team of technicians across multiple Microsoft campuses in Boydton, VA, and providing leadership, task management, and exceptional work delivery.

Dyquan Harris obtained a Standard Diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from WyoTech in the years 2011-2012. Additionally, they have acquired multiple certifications such as Osha 30-Hour Construction from ClickSafety in July 2022, Project Management Foundations: Requirements from LinkedIn in April 2022, Essentials of Team Collaboration from LinkedIn in March 2022, Project Management Skills for Leaders from LinkedIn in March 2022, Project+ Project Selection & Initiation from Perspecta in December 2020, Project+ Scope, Schedule, & Cost Planning from Perspecta in December 2020, and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2020.
