Ryan K. Lynch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan K. began their career as a Graphic Artist and Pre-Press Technician at Ridgewood Press in 2000, where they worked with clients to create company style-guides and produced artwork for various printing processes.

From 2001 to 2003, Ryan worked as a Freelance Graphic Design, Pre-Press, and Print Management Consultant, providing services to clients such as NYCD, Ridgewood YMCA, and AND1 Apparel.

In 2003, they joined NYCD, Inc. as a Print Media Specialist, where they were responsible for quality control and consulting for print media projects. Ryan K. later served as an Account Executive and Account Director at NYCD, overseeing client accounts, project management, and staff supervision.

Ryan transitioned to the renewable energy sector in 2013, working as a Field Service Technician at Airway Services and then as a Lead Field Service Technician at Siemens Wind Power. In these roles, they conducted service, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial wind turbines, ensuring high availability of wind power resources.

In 2018, Ryan joined Direct Line Global as an Information Technology System Engineer, where they developed technical tools to enhance field efficiency and created e-learning materials. Ryan K. then progressed to the role of a Business System Specialist, leading projects and providing technical and business advice to colleagues. Currently, they serve as a Business System Manager at Direct Line Global, where they are responsible for developing and executing new business processes and procedures.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in technical solutions, project management, quality control, and client relationship management.

Ryan K. Lynch holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional Design & Technology from West Texas A&M University, which they acquired from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern New Mexico University, completing it from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Ryan obtained an Associate's Degree in Wind Energy Technology from the North American Wind Research and Training Center at Mesalands Community College between the years 2009 and 2011.
