Riccardo Tobia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Riccardo is currently working at ISA SpA as the Resp.le ISA Business System e Continuous Improvement - Lean Management. Prior to this, they held a role at AILM Associazione Italiana Lean Managers as the Referente AILM per la Provincia di Terni, where they focused on improvement projects in various sectors. Riccardo also worked at Acciai Speciali Terni as the Head of Lean Dept. - Senior Lean Manager in Supply Chain Management & Continuous Improvement, and previously as the Lean Manufacturing Manager in Supply Chain Management for Thyssenkrupp. Before that, they worked at Faurecia as a Logistics Manager and Head of SCM. Additionally, they have experience as a Supply Chain Manager at Emcon Technologies and as a Logistics Specialist Coordinator at Zeuna Staerker Produzione Italia S.p.A. Riccardo also served as a Logistics Coordinator at Arvin Meritor and began their career as a Senior Designer at Terni Progetti S.r.l. – Gruppo T.P., where they focused on industrial design and technical assistance.

Riccardo Tobia has a diverse education history.
