Sébastien Pelka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-Founder of Direct-Market.fr, a specialized platform for local product sourcing. In this role, they oversee the development of the marketplace, logistics, and payment services. Additionally, Sébastien has been recognized for their contributions to the industry, winning several awards and accolades, including the Laurier de la Transition Alimentaire and the Prix de l'Innovation Durable et Responsable. Sébastien has also served as a mentor at Rungis & Co and has been involved with organizations such as Le Village by CA, La Retail Tech, Conseil National pour la Résilience Alimentaire, Bpifrance, #COFARMING, Région Grand Est, SEMIA, Store Booster, and Jardins de la Montagne Verte.

Sébastien Pelka's education history starts in the year 1990 when they obtained their Bac D degree in Chemistry and Biology from Lycée Scheurer Kestner in Thann. Sébastien then attended Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) in 1993 to complete their Deug B degree in Sciences Vie & Terre. In 1995, Sébastien pursued further education at the same university and completed their Licence de Biochimie Structurale with a focus on Mention Biophysicochimie.
