Melody Duran

Melody Duran is an experienced professional with a strong background in postal compliance and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Greater Portland Postal Customer Council, Melody engages in board meetings and educational seminars to promote industry best practices. As a Bulk Mailing Coordinator at Direct Marketing Solutions since 2017, Melody oversees postal regulations, facilitates educational meetings, and has taken on various roles, including Secretary of the Safety Committee and Chairperson for community initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance Specialist at Kellogg Company, along with extensive experience in project management and customer service. Melody holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Portland State University and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Portland Community College.
