Bernie Nawrocki

Bernie joins Philips Telediagnostic Management Solutions, providing management services for Direct Radiology PLLC, as Senior Manager of Finance. As a proactive leader and trusted business partner with a passion for operational excellence, he oversees the financial team and overall financial health of Philips Telediagnostic Management Solutions and Direct Radiology PLLC, positioning the company for continued growth.

Bernie is a strategic, mission-driven finance executive with a demonstrated record of success in healthcare. Prior to Philips Telediagnostic Management Solutions, Bernie spent 16 years as a multi-hospital Chief Financial Officer at ProMedica Health System, a $7B integrated delivery network of hospitals with more than 900 employed physicians, and other healthcare services in Ohio and Michigan. Prior to ProMedica, he served in roles as Chief Financial Officer/Controller and Director of Reimbursement and Budgeting at a large physician practice and other hospitals.

Bernie earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Accounting at the University of Toledo and went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration at Siena Heights University in Michigan.
