Kim Jaber

Kim Jaber serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Direct Companies of DRI and DCA. Kim ensures that the business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She creates and implements strategies to support the growth of the Direct Companies through organizational planning and development. Additionally, Kim increases productivity in the Direct Companies’ business operations including employee benefits and payroll, bookkeeping and invoicing inventory control, and employee onboarding. In addition, Kim works closely with DRI President, Dan Charney and DCA President, Frank Myeroff to facilitate company policies and procedures.
