Brooke Amaral

Brooke Amaral has a wealth of experience in executive search, consulting, and staffing. Brooke began their career in 2003 as a Senior Consultant for Triage Consulting Group, a boutique financial consulting firm serving the healthcare industry. In 2007, they joined Robert Half International as a Recruiting Manager, focusing on the placement of Finance and Accounting professionals on a direct-hire basis in the Orange County area. In 2010, they became the Managing Director of Direct Search Alliance, a Search and Talent Consultancy specialized in Southern California search and placement in Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Operations Business Support spanning industry sectors. In this role, they are responsible for representing leaders, change agents, business drivers, as well as technically savvy, skilled and talented professionals.

Brooke Amaral attended the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2003. During that time, they also attended the USC Marshall School of Business, where they earned a BS in Corporate Finance & Management Consulting.
