Ellen Rooney

Ellen Rooney has over 20 years of experience in the human capital industry. Ellen began their career in 1996 as a Recruiter & Program Manager at Adecco. In 2002, they joined Toyota North America as a Human Resources Administrator. During their time there, they worked on the transition team handling engagement and relocation activities associated with the move into its new corporate campus in Plano, TX and placed interim staff during transition phases. Ellen also served as a Telematics Supervisor. In 2018, they joined Direct Search Alliance as a Recruiting Manager. Direct Search Alliance is an executive search and talent consultancy firm serving large, emerging and small Staffing and Human Capital Industry Clients.

Ellen Rooney received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Communication Arts from Loyola Marymount University.
