Richard Hawes is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in direct mail marketing and manufacturing. Currently serving as General Manager at Direct Technologies Inc. since November 2009, Richard oversees innovative strategies and products for client solutions. Prior roles include Director of Operations at World Marketing (2006-2009), where Richard managed production quality, and V.P. Operations at SourceLink (2003-2006), responsible for comprehensive operational oversight. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations at AmeriComm LLC (1996-2001), managing a team of over 120 employees.
