Katherine Cannon DeLeon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and data management. Currently, Katherine serves as the System Lead for ERP data at Direct Wire, where responsibilities include managing data migration and validation for the SYSPRO database. Previously, Katherine held various roles, including Customer Service Manager at both Direct Wire and Ferrellgas, and Customer Care Manager at Pet360, overseeing multiple teams focused on customer support. Additional experience includes positions at WillScot, Acton Mobile, Meenan, and Leffler Energy, with a consistent emphasis on customer service excellence. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Temple University.
