Richard Hickinbotham

Richard Hickinbotham serves as the Head of Equity Research at Singer Capital Markets since October 2018, working with a prominent investment bank focused on UK small and mid-cap companies. In addition, Richard is a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at both AB Dynamics and Directa Plus, involving roles in firms providing advanced testing systems for the automotive industry and producing graphene-based materials, respectively. Richard's extensive experience includes leadership positions in research and investment banking at companies such as Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, Charles Stanley Securities, and Investec, where Richard held senior roles overseeing European and UK smaller companies research. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and has a foundational education from Shrewsbury School.
