Prior experience includes roles such as UX Lead and Head of Marketing at DirectAsia Insurance, User Experience and Optimisation Marketing Manager at Hiscox, and Digital User Experience Manager at Lloyds TSB International. Oliver's career spans various positions in digital marketing and communications across multiple industries, underpinned by a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University.
