Angela Yorath has extensive experience in financial operations and compliance, currently serving as the Head of European Operations at DirectBooks since August 2021, concurrently holding the position of Training Consultant with the International Capital Markets Association since October 2019. Angela's previous roles include Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in various capacities, overseeing debt syndicate execution and compliance functions across multiple regions, including Asia and EMEA. Additionally, Angela serves as a Non-Executive Board Member for Pioneer Learning Trust, contributing to the Finance Committee. With a career that began in 1986 at Goldman Sachs, Angela has developed a robust skill set in debt syndication, compliance oversight, and training program development.
