Indigo Guerra

Indigo Guerra has a diverse work experience. They started their career at Geek Squad in 2015 as an Advanced Repair Agent. In 2017, they worked as an IT Customer Support Intern at BIC, providing troubleshooting and hardware/software support. They also worked as a Technical Specialist at Apple, where they provided one-on-one support and repairs for Apple products. Later in 2017, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Maintech, Incorporated/ Lockheed Martin, providing hardware and software solutions for engineers and carrying out security-based software pushes. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Lockheed Martin as a System Software Engineer II, where they conducted regression testing and implemented requirements into scripted tests. In 2021, they joined Airtable as a Software Engineer In Test, where they designed test plans, wrote automated iOS tests, and created testing documentation. Currently, they work at DirectBooks as a Test Automation Engineer.

Indigo Guerra completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Middletown High School from 2008 to 2012, where they focused on Information Technology studies. Later, they pursued a Master of Software Engineering degree from Fairfield University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.
