Eliana Waggoner (She, Her)

Eliana Waggoner has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Eliana started her career in 2008 at Centene Corporation as a Provider & Member Services Representative II, where she responded to member and provider inquiries and collaborated with the Claims Review Department. Eliana later became a Team Lead Member and Provider Services, supervising and monitoring incoming phone calls and providing weekly project updates to management. In 2014, she transitioned to River City Medical Group as a Provider Relations Representative, responsible for maintaining relationships between providers and the health plan. Since 2017, Eliana has been working at DirectDerm, first as a Regional Manager of Provider Relations and currently as the Director of Provider Services. Eliana's responsibilities include contracting and managing provider relationships, conducting face-to-face meetings, and overseeing provider services.

Eliana Waggoner obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Long Term Care from the University of Phoenix, where she studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, in 1994, she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Libre de Cali in Colombia.
