Shannon Offord has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Shannon began their career at Aerotek in 1998 as a Recruiter and Contracts Manager. In 2000, they joined Monster as a Senior Internet Recruitment Consultant and worked there for six years. In 2006, they transitioned to DirectEmployers Association, where they held various roles including Regional Vice President, Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, and currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances. Shannon Offord's expertise lies in forming strategic partnerships and alliances within the recruitment industry.
Shannon Offord began their education at Lebanon High School from 1989 to 1993. Shannon later attended Anderson University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations. In 1996, they also had a brief stint at Ulster University, studying Conflict Resolution.
