Desroches Kilian

DESROCHES Kilian is an experienced project manager and systems engineer with a background in cloud computing, Linux systems, and network engineering. Currently, as Chef de projet at the Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects (DGDDI) since July 2022, Kilian oversees external service providers and manages the Guichet Unique National (GUN) for customs applications in France, utilizing technologies such as OpenStack and Rancher. Previously, Kilian held the position of Ingénieur systèmes at the Ministère de l'Intérieur et des Outre-mer from February 2020 to July 2022, focusing on cloud infrastructure and system integration. Prior industry experience includes a role as Ingénieur systèmes SRAT at the Ministère des Armées, specializing in interception and communications. Kilian holds an engineering degree in computer programming from EPITA and has further education from Réseau CFJ.
