Florence Ployart

Florence Ployart currently serves as Sous-directrice des ressources humaines et des relations sociales at the Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects since January 2022. Prior to this role, Florence held the position of Chef de bureau for the Gestion des ressources humaines des cadres supérieurs at the Direction générale des Finances publiques from September 2018 to December 2021, and served as Adjointe du directeur des ressources humaines at the Cour des comptes from October 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included defining HR policies and managing employee relations for judicial financial institutions. Florence's foundational experience includes leading a bureau focused on regulatory simplification and HR modernization at CISIRH from January 2015 to October 2015. Educational credentials include a DEUG - Licence in Economics and Law from Université de Poitiers, completion of studies at Institut régional d'administration (Nantes), and graduation from the École nationale d'administration in 2014.
