Blaise Soury-Lavergne

Blaise Soury-Lavergne is an experienced professional in the field of telecommunications and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Head of Standardisation and Regulation of Products at Direction Générale des Entreprises since November 2020, Blaise has a strong background, having previously held the position of Head of Mobile Spectrum at ARCEP from 2014 to November 2020. Prior to that, Blaise worked as the Head of the Bureau of Frequencies and Immaterial Resources at DGCIS from 2010 to 2014 and as the Head of ITU Affairs at ANFR from 2007 to 2010. Blaise's academic credentials include a degree from École Polytechnique (1999-2002) and further studies at Télécom Paris (2002-2004).
