Valentin Lignau

Valentin Lignau is an Économiste at the Direction Générale des Entreprises since September 2022, specializing in innovation policy and economic evaluation. Lignau previously served as a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at Université Paris Nanterre from November 2018 to February 2023, focusing on the impact of patents on low-carbon innovation policy, and held teaching positions at the same institution. Additionally, Lignau was associated with the Climate Economics Chair as a Ph.D. Candidate and research intern, exploring the effects of low-carbon patents in the wind energy sector.
