Emma Ghariani

Emma GHARIANI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and project management. Currently serving as the Head of the Open Source and Digital Commons Division and Senior Project Director at Direction interministérielle du numérique (DINUM) from September 2022 to September 2024, Emma previously held the position of Managing Director at MedNum from September 2017 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst at KiMSO | Conseil en Impact Social and an Officer for the French Minister for Social Economy and Consumption at Ministères de l'Économie, de l'Action et des Comptes publics. Emma's background in project management was further strengthened through a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and International Development from Sciences Po, alongside a Diplôme d'Etablissement in Literal Arabic and Tunisian dialect from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco).
